Workers who do not perform scientific or research work on scientific projects and the program of scientific activities of the Institute’s branches are workers whose regular occupation is performing professional, general and technical work. Employees of the Branch who perform professional, general and technical tasks are part of the Professional Service of the Institute and are responsible for their work to the head of the Branch and the secretary of the Institute.

Professional, general and technical jobs in the Branch include the following positions:

• Head of organizational unit 4 – branch secretary (Silvija Bilić Štajduhar, mag. iur.)
• Branch Accounting Manager (Martina Grgić, bacc. oec)
• Professional Associate in the System of Science and Higher Education – for work on supporting and presenting the results of scientific work and publishing activities (Domagoj Maratović, B.A. in Theology)
• Expert Associate in the System of Science and Higher Education – for work on translating the results of scientific work (Mica Orban Kljaić, prof.)
• Caretaker/economist (Vladimir Mitrović)
