In accordance with the mission of the Croatian Institute of History, the Strategic Plan of the Institute, and the fact that the historical development of the Croatian people took place in contact and coexistence with other neighboring peoples, the Croatian Institute of History, due to the need to conduct fundamental research into the history of the Croatian people, carries out its scientific and research tasks in cooperation with various scientific and research institutions in the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
