Publishing
The Institute’s publishing activities include the publication of scientific monographs, proceedings and periodicals.
- The Croatian Historian Library (launched in 1993) and the Bibliotheca Croatica: Slavonica, Sirminiensia et Baranyensia (launched in 1996) – publish monographs, studies, treatises, critically prepared archival materials, translations, reprints and bibliographies.
- Periodical publications:
- Journal of Contemporary History (published since 1969 in Zagreb) – 3 times a year (indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases);
- Historical Contributions (published since 1982 in Zagreb) – twice a year (indexed in the Scopus database);
- Review of Croatian History (published since 2005 in Zagreb) – once a year (indexed in the Scopus database);
- Scrinia Slavonica (published since 2001 in Slavonski Brod) – once a year (indexed in the Scopus database).
- Herzegovina (published since 1981, i.e. 2015 in Mostar) – once a year (indexed in the Scopus database). The journal is published in co-publishing with the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Mostar.
- Proceedings and proceedings of domestic and international scientific conferences.
