Expert Service - Zagreb

The work of the Professional Service is organized and supervised by the Secretary of the Institute upon the order and guidance of the Director. The Professional Service of the Institute is a central, general service that performs the following tasks:

  • legal, administrative-legal, personnel and general affairs;
  • publishing, subscription and sale of publications;
  • keeps documentation in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of archival materials and archives;
  • keeps prescribed records;
  • all financial, accounting and statistical tasks as well as tasks of analysis of material and financial operations;
  • IT jobs, computer network and equipment maintenance jobs;
  • technical tasks, building maintenance and care tasks;
  • performs other tasks stipulated by the general act.
