Albert Bing
Dr. Bing was born in 1956 in Novi Sad. He completed elementary school, high school and university in Zagreb. He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. In addition, he studied economics (graduate student) and completed a four-year study of philosophy. From 1992 to 1995, he was the first president of the Croatian branch of the International Organization for Human Rights. During that period, he worked on accepting war victims from Bosnia and Herzegovina and on delivering humanitarian aid to Bosnia and Herzegovina (Slobodan Lang’s White Road)… As a historian, he has dealt with many topics of contemporary Croatian and regional history, including the international aspects of the breakup of the Yugoslav state and the establishment of a new geopolitical architecture in the region.
