Download PDF<\/a><\/p>\n Po\u0161tovani,<\/p>\n Pred Vama je drugo izdanje Newslettera HIP-a, kroz koji Vam poku\u0161avamo pribli\u017eiti na\u0161e aktivnosti tijekom protekla \u010detiri mjeseca.<\/p>\n Iako tijekom ljetnih mjeseci nema puno aktivnosti na\u0161 Institut, kao najve\u0107i javni istra\u017eiva\u010dki institut u podru\u010dju humanisti\u010dkih znanosti u Republici Hrvatskoj, nije mirovao. Sukladno na\u0161em Strate\u0161kom planu 2013.-2018<\/i><\/a>, tijekom ljeta i rane jeseni nastavili smo s radom i aktivnostima o kojima Vas informiramo u ovom drugom izdanju na\u0161eg Newslettera.<\/p>\n Odr\u017ean prvi sastanak Me\u0111unarodnog savjeta HIP-a \u2013\u00a0 Krajem srpnja 2014. u Zlatnoj dvorani odr\u017ean je prvi sastanak Me\u0111unarodnog savjeta Hrvatskog Instituta za povijest \u010diji su \u010dlanovi dr. Ulf Brunbauer (IOS, Regensburg), dr. Balas Trencseny (CEU, Budimpe\u0161ta) i dr. Donal Cooper (Jesus College, Cambridge). \u010clanovi Me\u0111unarodnog savjeta sagledali su rad Instituta i dali korisne preporuke glede pobolj\u0161anja me\u0111unarodne suradnje.<\/p>\n Projekti HRZZ-a \u2013 Na zadnjem natje\u010daju Hrvatske zaklade za znanost na\u0161i istra\u017eiva\u010di prijavili su tri projektna prijedloga: Gradovi hrvatskog srednjovjekovlja: urbani prostor i urbano dru\u0161tvo (URBES)<\/i>, Vojni\u010dki \u017eivot i slike ratnika u hrvatskom pograni\u010dju od 16. stolje\u0107a do 1918.<\/i> i Od pra<\/i>\u0161<\/i>uma do oranica: povijest antropizacije <\/i>\u0161<\/i>uma u Slavoniji od srednjeg vijeka do po<\/i>\u010d<\/i>etka 20. stolje<\/i>\u0107<\/i>a<\/i>. Dr\u017eite nam pal\u010deve!!!<\/p>\n Istra\u017eiva\u010dke stipendije \u2013 na nedavno okon\u010danom natje\u010daju \u201eIstra\u017eiva\u010dke stipendije za profesionalni razvoj mladih istra\u017eiva\u010da i poslijedoktoranada\u201c prijavili smo dva projektna prijedloga: Dru\u0161tvena i kulturna stratigrafija srednjovjekovne Slavonije – primjer grebenskog vlastelinstva<\/i> i POVIK: Potpora ja\u010danju inovativnog i poduzetni\u010dkog kapaciteta mladih povjesni\u010dara<\/i><\/p>\n PP u Scopusu \u2013 S ponosom objavljujemo da je od 2014. na\u0161 \u010dasopis koji tematski pokriva razdoblje starije povijesti Povijesni prilozi <\/i>indeksiran u bibliografskoj bazi Scopus. Tako su nam na\u0161a dva najstarija \u010dasopisa uvr\u0161tena u ovu presti\u017enu bazu<\/p>\n Znanstveni i stru\u010dni skupovi<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n 1914. prva godina rata \u2013 14.-17. listopada 2014. Institut je u suradnji s Maticom hrvatskom, Austrijskim kulturnim forumom i Institutom Balassi \u2013 Ma\u0111arski institut u Zagrebu organizirao veliki znanstveni skup s me\u0111unarodnim sudjelovanjem. Na ovom zna\u010dajnom skupu, pod pokroviteljstvom predsjednika RH, \u00a0sudjelovalo je vi\u0161e od 50 izlaga\u010da. Snimku cijelog skupa mo\u017eete vidjeti na na\u0161em YouTube kanalu<\/a>. U sklopu skupa u suradnji s u\u010denicima 18. gimnazije i Austrijskim kulturnim forumom odr\u017eana je i prva izlo\u017eba u na\u0161em Institutu \u201ePrvi svjetski rat \u2013 Tragovi u mojoj okolini<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n Franz Vani\u010dek \u2013 23.-24. listopada 2014. u suradnji s Gradskom knji\u017enicom Slavonski Brod na\u0161a Podru\u017enica organizirala je veliki znanstveni skup s me\u0111unarodnim sudjelovanjem \u201eFranz Vani\u010dek i vojnokraji\u0161ka historiografija\u201c na kojem je s izlaganjima sudjelovalo 25 istra\u017eiva\u010da.<\/p>\n Na\u0161a najnovija izdanja mo\u017eete vidjeti na na\u0161im web stranicama<\/a>. Thus, our researchers continued work in accordance with our Strategic plan 2013-2018<\/a>, and this second issue of our Newsletter brings you information about our activities during the summer and early fall.<\/p>\n First meeting of our International council \u2013 At the end of July 2014 we held the first meeting of the International council of our Institute. Members of the Council \u2013 dr. Ulf Brunbauer (IOS, Regensburg), dr. Balas Trencseny (CEU, Budapest) and dr. Donal Cooper (Jesus College, Cambridge) \u2013 reviewed present work of our Institute and gave some useful suggestions regarding improvement of our international collaboration.<\/p>\n HRZZ Projects \u2013 On the recently closed tender for competitive research projects organized by Croatian scientific foundation our researchers applied with three projects proposals: Cities of Croatian Middle Ages: urban space and urban society (URBES)<\/i>, Military life and images of warriors in the Croatian borderline from the 16th<\/sup> c. up to 1918<\/i> and From virgin forests to arable land: history of anthropization of forests in Slavonia from the Middle Ages up to the beginning of the 20th<\/sup> century<\/i>. Keep fingers crossed for us!!!<\/p>\n Research grants \u2013 On the recently closed tender for \u201cResearch grants for professional development of yourng researchers and postdoctorals\u201d our researchers applied with two project proposals: Social and cultural stratigraphy of medieval Slavonia \u2013 example of Greben manor<\/i> and POVIK:<\/i> Support for strengthening innovative and entrepreneurial capacities of young historians<\/i>.<\/p>\n HC in Scopus<\/i><\/b> \u2013 We are happy to announce that from 2014 our journal that covers topics from older history Historical contributions<\/i> is indexed in online bibliographical database Scopus. Therefore, now both of our oldest journals are indexed in this prestigious database.<\/p>\n Conferences<\/p>\n 1914: The first year of War<\/i><\/b> \u2013 <\/i>14th<\/sup> -17th<\/sup> Oct 2014 Institute, in cooperation with Matica hrvatska, Austrian cultural forum and Institute Balassi \u2013 Hungarian institute in Zagreb, has organized a huge international congress, with participation of more than 50 scholars. The congress was organized under the auspices of the president of the Republic of Croatia. The entire video recording of the congress\u2019 work is available at our YouTube Channel<\/a>. Along with the congress, with the help of Austrian cultural forum and pupils of 18th<\/sup> gymnasium, we organized an exhibition \u201cWorld War One \u2013 Traces in my neighborhood<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n Franz Vani\u010dek<\/i><\/b> \u2013 23rd<\/sup>-24th<\/sup> Oct 2014 in cooperation with Public Library in Slavonski Brod, our Department in Slavonski Brod has organized scientific conference \u201cFranz Vani\u010dek and historiography about Military Border\u201d.
