The Governing Board of the Institute has 5 members. More than half of the members of the Governing Board of the Institute, which includes the president and two members of the Governing Board of the Institute, are appointed by the Ministry. One member of the Institute&#8217;s Governing Board is appointed by the Institute&#8217;s Scientific Council, and one member is appointed or elected from among the Institute&#8217;s employees through the Institute&#8217;s workers&#8217; council. The mandate of the members of the Governing Board of the Institute lasts for four years.
